Significant changes to Victoria’s retirement villages laws came into effect on 1 May 2026 which is great news for residents – and of interest to Victorian seniors.
The Department of Government Services (DGS) has provided the following resources to help promote this and answer questions from community:

- Printing and displaying the factsheets in your libraries
- Sharing through your plaforms, newsletters and with your networks.
