Become a state election community information session host!
The Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) is bringing free statewide voter information sessions to communities from 20 October to 31 October 2026.
The information sessions will be hosted by organisations like yours and presented by our experienced State Election Officials.
Victorian organisations are being urged to book one or more free voter education sessions.

The VEC’s broad community program supports voter to learn:
- Why voting matters.
- How they can participate in the 2026 state election.
- What support is available to help them vote with confidence.
- What’s new at the 2026 state election.
How to register for your sessions?
Host one or more in-person voter community information sessions.
Please register each session individually.All partner organisations who register for a session will receive a promotional host kit.
The host kit contains everything you will need to promote your session.
