The Alliance for Neurodiversity and Disability in GLAMR Professions Australia Inc. (ANDPA) is a values-led not-for-profit organisation and registered charity.

ANDPA aspires to promote the acceptance of disability and neurodiversity in GLAMR fields through community, pride, belonging, and leadership.

There are over 170 ANDPA members across Australia and its gallery, library, museum, archive, and record sectors. Our established network creates meaningful connections and opportunities for growth across the GLAMR (Galleries, Libraries, Archives, Museums, and Records) sectors.

ANDPA encourages both individual and institutional membership.

Individuals

As an individual member you can:

  • Participate in networking and community events/spaces for disabled and neurodivergent GLAMR field people, including webinars and training sessions;
  • Receive regular updates on ANDPA’s work and its events, programs, resources, and training; and
  • Attend ANDPA’s general meetings and Annual General Meeting (AGM) and vote on decisions.

Institutions

ANDPA institutional membership provides an opportunity to showcase your commitment to disability and neurodiversity acceptance while accessing valuable resources and networks.

  • Position your organisation as a leader in disability and neurodiversity inclusion while providing professional development opportunities for your team.
  • Demonstrate your commitment to disability and neurodiversity inclusion publicly while building your employer brand and reputation as an inclusive workplace.
  • Access to a network of GLAMR students and professionals and newsletters and resources to support your journey.
