Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If you notice a problem with your order, you must contact us via email according to the conditions below within 21 days of placing your order. Failure to do so will result in you being ineligible for a refund / return. After contacting us via email, we are aware that completing the return may take longer than the 21 day window. We will work with you to complete your claim as quickly as we can. If you are unable to be reasonably contacted following your claim for an extended period we may cancel your refund.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on ‘change-of-mind’ or ordering the wrong product / size. To be eligible for a refund your item must be either:

  • Damaged or defective upon receipt
  • Not the product you ordered
  • Not the quantity you ordered
  • Not the size you ordered
  • Materially different from the description of the product you ordered

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your order is eligible for a refund according to the conditions above, please notify us ASAP via our contact email at admin@plv.org.au. Please clearly state your name, your order number and what the problem with your order is. Please also attach a receipt, paid invoice or other proof of purchase to your contact email. We will then work with you to either refund your order, replace the items or otherwise find a satisfactory outcome.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at on admin@plv.org.au.

Shipping returns

In the event that you need to return your order (or part of your order) we will advise you of a return address and organise postage. Please do not return the item without contacting us and confirming the procedure first. You will not be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item in the event you have been approved for a refund or return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
