You'll build strong relationships with customers, understand their interests and reading preferences, and curate personalised collections delivered directly to their homes.

You are passionate about delivering inclusive and customer-focused services that make a meaningful difference to people's lives. You enjoy building relationships, understanding individual needs and connecting people with information, resources and opportunities to stay engaged with their community.

You are organised, adaptable and are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues and community partners to improve services and create positive outcomes for customers.

The following is also required:

Degree qualification recognised by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA), or a qualification relevant to the role with relevant experience, or a diploma qualification with extensive experience
