About the Role
About the role:
Your Library is seeking a Team Leader who is able to lead and facilitate a positive and collaborative culture for our passionate Healesville Library team, and facilitate the provision of exceptional service for the Healesville township and surrounds.
About You
You will be a flexible and team-oriented person who is ready to lead library services with innovation, creativity, and a passion for serving Healesville and their diverse community.
Your previous leadership experience will equip you with the skills to lead the Healesville team and support them to innovate and succeed. You will have a well-developed understanding of what makes a modern and progressive public library service, and how that translates to the provision of a quality customer experience that is truly welcoming, responsive and inclusive to the community.
