For many of us our library career hasn’t been linear, we have moved through positions, left the library sector and returned; or for some of us we have had a career change into the library sector from another industry.
As a part of the Shared Leadership Program, Eleanor Wight, Ian Wedlock, Peter Huynh, Jonathan Gosden and Anita Castanho would like to capture that data in our group project: Future Ready: Inspiring Diverse Library Pathways.
