The Friends of Paynesville Library annual Short Story Competition is in its 13th year.
Stories of up to 3,000 words are invited from all over Australia. Entry fee is $10 and writers may submit up to three stories (only one payment required).
Prize money is awarded to first ($400), second ($200) and third ($100) placed stories.
