As you may be aware, Victorian Seniors Cards and Seniors Business Discount Cards are now available as digital cards, which cardholders can store and show on their smartphone in the Service Victoria app.  These optional digital cards are free for senior Victorians.  Cardholders can choose to use a physical plastic card or digital card or both – whichever option is best for them.

As part of the launch of these cards, some senior Victorians in our communities may seek support setting up their digital card from their local library.

To prepare library staff for enquiries on the digital Seniors Card and digital Seniors Business Discount Card, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing invites you to a one-hour webinar.

    1. Sorry to hear of your issues in connecting Amy. The good news is that the webinar was recorded. The link to the recording has been sent to all library managers, so please contact your manager to get this access.
