Band 4 $37.88 to $40.92 per hour

About the business and the role
We have several permanent shifts available at Connected Libraries for enthusiast and driven individuals. As a Band 4 Customer Experience Library Officer you’ll be required to provide professional and engaging customer experience to our community members. As this is not an entry level position, a Band 4 Customer Experience Library Officer is required to mentor the branch team, as well as at times stepping up to be the senior on duty throughout the shift.

Key Selection Criteria
- Must have post-trade or other post-secondary education
- Ability to effectively and efficiently provide quality customer service
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate with all ages across all levels of community
- Sound organisational skills
- Strong information technology and problem-solving skills in a range of information technology and software tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organisational strategic outcomes
- Ability to undertake supervisory responsibilities as required
- Public Library experience desirable
- Driver’s licence
- Working with Children Check
