Permanent, Part time – 20.25 hours average per week including 1 in 3 rostered Saturdays (Lilydale)
Wednesday 9am – 1pm 4 hours
Thursday 9am – 5:30pm 7.75 hours
Friday 9am – 5:30pm 7.75 hours
Saturday (1 in 3) 9:45am – 12 noon 2.25 hours
Band 4 Level A-D (dependent on skills and experience) $73,281 – $79,619 pro rata (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role

As a Tech Support Officer, you will:
* Deliver engaging educational programs to improve patrons’ knowledge of digital library resources and technology use.
* Support and train staff to confidently use technology and promote digital services to the community.
* Work closely with the Technology and Digital Services Lead to implement strategies that achieve our digital literacy goals.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with relevant standards, including Equal Employment Opportunity, Victorian Child Safe Standards, and OH&S.
