About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Lead – Libraries the core responsibilities include:
• Systems and Technology Management
• Data Integrity and Reporting
• Operational Efficiencies and Continuous Improvement
• Supplier and Stakeholder Co-ordination
About You
As our Systems and Data Officer – Libraries, you will maintain the integrity, quality and performance of all library systems, software and technology equipment, website and the data within. The position supports the delivery of high-quality, accessible library systems, technology equipment and services that reflect the needs of the service and diverse needs of the community.
• High level of experience using and supporting Library Management Systems for system configuration, data integrity and reporting.
• Proven ability to problem solve software, systems & technology equipment and ability to develop training, processes and procedures for their use.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to consult, negotiate, influence, liaise and coach effectively with a diverse range of people.
• Proven ability to manage data quality integrity, privacy and security. Experience in managing data for reporting, decision making and service performance.
• Significant experience in delivering and managing others to deliver, high quality and responsive support services within a busy public facing environment.
