Public Libraries Victoria, in partnership with EBSCO, invites Victorian public library staff to a practical webinar introducing Journal Expediting Service (JETS) – a service designed to simplify the management of print journals and magazines in public library environments.
This session will provide an overview of how JETS helps libraries:
- Reduce time spent on manual check‑in, claiming and issue handling
- Receive consolidated, predictable deliveries of print titles
- Improve visibility and reporting through EBSCONET subscription management
- Streamline workflows and reduce handling and WHS risks associated with multiple deliveries
The session will include an exploration of the JETS environment within EBSCONET, followed by time for questions. It is suitable for libraries currently managing print serials, as well as those exploring more efficient ways to handle ongoing print collections.
