All public library paid and volunteer staff are invited to complete an anonymous survey about working with people experiencing homelessness or insecure housing.

ALIA has endorsed this study, which is being managed by Dr Jane Garner at Charles Sturt University. The findings of this timely research will be used in scholarly journal articles, conference presentations, and professional reports. No individual respondent, or individual library will be able to be named in any reporting. The survey will remain open for four weeks.

All adult Australian paid and volunteer library staff (aged 18 and over) working at all levels are eligible and encouraged to complete this survey, which should take no more than 20 minutes.

To assist in encouraging all staff to take part in the study, a flyer displaying a QR code that will access the survey may be downloaded here. This flyer can be printed for display in staff areas.
