Position Title: Manager, Operations

Fixed-term until 16 Feb, 2022, 0.7 EFT, Band 7

About the Role

A key member of the Leadership Team and reporting directly to the CEO, the Manager Operations is responsible for driving success in all areas of library operations at our eight libraries across Central Victoria.

The successful candidate will be:

  • Enthusiastic about the role of contemporary libraries and aware of the social, legal and financial contexts in which public libraries operate.
  • A strategic thinker who can ensure operational agility in response to change.
  • Experienced in managing and coaching staff and promoting a positive and innovative organisational culture.

The position will work with the CEO to define strategic priorities and to develop and implement policies and procedures to support library service delivery and resource management.
