The survey will inform guidelines for editors across Australia.,

Do you have family or friends who have difficulty reading standard printed books? We’d love to hear from them! “How Do You Read” surveys seek to find out about reading experiences and barriers to reading for people with a print disability who live in Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand. The information they share will help members of the Accessibility Initiative Working Party to write guidelines on editing for print disability.

There are two versions of the survey:

The forms are accessible with screen readers on both Windows and Mac, and take around 15 to 25 minutes to complete.

Both surveys are now open and available until 31 March 2022.
