The annual Victorian Community Satisfaction Survey asks the opinions of local people about the place they live, work and play and provides confidence for councils in their efforts and abilities. Now in its twenty-fourth year, the 2023 survey results show arts centres and libraries remain the best performing areas for Victorian councils, as the only measure to hold steady over the past two years.
